Laundry Meets – Service Policy


By using our laundry pickup & delivery service, you agree to the following terms:


• We handle all items with care, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, color bleeding, or manufacturer defects.


• Customers must check all pockets before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in clothing.


• In the rare event of loss or damage, reimbursement is limited to a maximum of $150 per order unless otherwise agreed in writing.


• Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.


• We reserve the right to refuse service for heavily soiled, hazardous, or unsafe items.


• Pickup and delivery are contactless unless otherwise requested.


• By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
