Purchase, Cancellation & refund policy

 All Purchases made through our website are considered final once the order is confirmed.

Cancellations

Customers may request a cancellation withing 24 hours of placing an order after this window, orders may already be processed or scheduled and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if

The order was canceled within the eligible cancellation window

The service cannot be fulfilled

a mistake occurred on our end 

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or missed cancellations

Orders that are already in progress, dispatched, or completed are non refundable.

Rescheduling (if applicable) 

Customers may request to reschedule service at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
